Deposit Policy:
Minimum
deposit of 50% of your total amount is due upon booking.
May—Oct we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express
and personal checks. During the off-season, we accept personal
checks only. When sending checks, a major credit card is still
needed on file.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are
refundable only if cancelled at least 30 days prior to
arrival. If less than 30 day prior to arrival your deposit is
forfeited. All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Guests are responsible for their entire stay in the event of
late arrivals or early departures.

Check in:
3:00 - 6:00
Please call to make arrangements if you will be arriving
at any other time period so we can great you.
Check out: No later than 11:00 a.m.
Pet Policy:
Limited pet
friendly units are available upon request. $30/first day
and $10 for each additional day. Please bring your kennel
for your pet when you are not able to be with your pet and a
cell number if we need to reach you.
Pets ride free on the ferry and taxi!
